We promise to return all the lands of the United States to their proper owners:
The South West will be returned to Mexico, for from them did we take it.
The Central region west of the Mississippi will be returned to the Native Americans, for Napoleon sold it to us illegally.
The Eastern Seaboard will be returned to England, for we squatters rioted until they left us alone.
Florida will be returned to Spain, for somehow we got it away from them but nobody rightly knows how that happened.
And we will trust in these mighty nations to return what land their ancestors unjustly acquired in kind.
